ENTRANCE FEE OPTIONS
Mayflower offers three plans designed to suit each person's individual needs.
1. TRADITIONAL PLAN
A low one-time non-refundable fee is paid for the privilege of living in the apartment for as long as the resident(s) is able to safely do so. When the resident moves out, there is no refund of the Entrance Fee. Here are some typical non-refundable Entrance Fees:
Studio Apartment: $34,000
One-Bedroom Apartment: $45,000
One-Bedroom Plus Apartment: $61,000
Two-Bedroom Apartment: $75,000
2. REFUNDABLE PLAN
A prorated portion of the Entrance Fee is returnable to the resident or her/his estate during the first 96 months of occupancy when the resident moves out and the apartment is resold. Here are some typical non-Refundable Entrance Fees:
Studio Apartment: $46,200
One-Bedroom Apartment: $61,200
One-Bedroom Plus Apartment: $82,900
Two-Bedroom Apartment: $102,000
(Refund schedule: Year 1 – 80%; Year 2 – 70%; Year 3 – 60%; Year 9 – 0%)
3. 50% EQUITY PLAN
This plan provides for estate protection. Should the resident move out, up to 85% of the Entrance Fee is returnable to the resident or estate when the apartment is resold. Here are some typical 50% Equity Entrance Fees:
Studio Apartment: $58,500
One-Bedroom Apartment: $77,400
One-Bedroom Plus Apartment: $104,900
Two-Bedroom Apartment: $129,000
(Refund schedule: Year 1 – 85%; Year 2 – 80%; Year 3 – 75%; Year 8 and on – 50%)

MAINTENANCE FEES
Apartment monthly fees provide the wide array of Mayflower services and amenities that include:
- Utilities: electricity; heating/air conditioning; water
- Cable TV (Mediacom Family Package)
- Trash disposal
- Ceiling fans
- Shared washers and dryers (no charge)
- Storage unit (40”x 40”x 8’)
- Regular maintenance and repair service including appliances, grounds and landscaping, common area housekeeping
- Use of meeting and dining rooms and building lounges
- Fitness and recreation centers
- Priority access to health center and assisted living services (space-available basis)
- Chaplaincy and counseling services
- Transportation to local activities and scheduled shopping
Internet service and meals are available at an additional fee.
