Go to the How to Apply page, stating your desire for future occupancy. The number of names on the waiting list varies; there are more for some apartment types than others, and many on the list are not seeking an imminent move. We urge you to make a timely, prudent decision so you can enjoy Mayflower’s benefits and services when you want or need them.
There are two types of fees involved. One is the “Entrance Fee” paid at the time of occupancy. Then there is a monthly fee which includes water, electricity, heat, air conditioning, waste disposal, laundry room, cable TV, wireless Internet, ceiling fans, lawn and common area maintenance, and priority access to the Health Center and Assisted Living. Generally, it costs significantly less to live at Mayflower than to keep your own house. Best of all, you have none of the worries and expense of home ownership. Please see our Affordability page for more information.
Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care and Memory Support are among the most important advantages of the Mayflower’s continuum of care. Physical facilities and familiar staff are right here on campus to provide emergency attention, personal assistance and intermediate nursing care for as long as needed. You, your family and doctor, along with our staff, will help choose the best program for you.
