The Mayflower Community Health Center kitchen has been rebuilt. All new equipment has been installed. (See below.) Over 200 donors have made the $500,000 project possible. The new menus are being developed with the assistance of a class of Grinnell College students, who have created an electronic application for modification and printing. Now, the Health Center kitchen just needs food and specially-trained staff. So, when will this be accomplished? Keep watching this space for the announcement.
