One day it’s sushi rolls. The next day it’s green St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes!
On March 17th, the Grinnell Mayflower Community celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with green cupcakes.
On March 16th, Mayflower honored the return to sharing our activities and our food with guests and family members. The special dining event (“pop-up”) was three different types of sushi rolls—Boston roll (shrimp, avocado, cucumber, tobiko caviar), California roll (crab, avocado, cucumber), and smoked salmon roll (smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado).
As of March 15th, guests and family members have once again been welcomed to join in activities and events on the Mayflower campus. Finally!
