INDEPENDENT LIVING

Our independent living apartments offer various attractive, comfortable homes to suit your tastes. The apartments range from 600 to 1200 square feet, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus, two-bedroom, and combinations. Features include one to two full baths, living rooms, dining areas, high ceilings, ceiling fans, lots of storage, and beautiful views. All apartments include full kitchens. Specific apartment features may be tailored to the new residents’ tastes. Other services include individual climate control, smoke and fire alarm systems, bathroom grab bars, and a personal nurse call system.

The Mayflower campus includes five independent living apartment buildings: Montgomery, Pearson, Buckley, Edwards, and Altemeier.
