Theresa Pagliai has been elected to the Board of Trustees of Grinnell’s Mayflower Community. She will serve a three-year term with the opportunity to serve a second three-year term upon completion of the first.

“Theresa Pagliai adds depth to the Mayflower Board of Trustees. She understands what it takes to build and sustain a landmark business, serve customers well, and support the community. Most importantly, Theresa does her work with humility, kindness, and humor. It will be a pleasure working with her on the Board.”
Ms. Pagliai formerly owned and operated the Pagliai’s Grinnell restaurant. The restaurant is now owned and operated by her son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Haylee Pagliai. Theresa is the Office Administrator for RE/MAX Partners Realty, Grinnell.
Theresa serves as a Drake Community Library Trustee and is a member of P.E.O. and Levart. She enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and being with her grandchildren in her free time.
Theresa joins the following Mayflower Board Trustees: Austin Jones, President; Don Schild, Vice-President; Jodie Ryan, Treasurer; Delphina Baumann; Joe Deal; Mark Hudson; Orlan Mitchell; Diane Robertson; Brigit Stevens; and Steve Langerud.
