Finally, the weather broke, the rooftop snow and ice melted, and the contractors were able to finish the rest of the Health Center kitchen remodeling by cutting out the ceiling vents. Open Dining in our Health Center dining room is getting closer.
Now, all the electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, insulation, and flooring infrastructure is complete. The kitchen equipment is in the process of being installed.
The two photos below are the installations of the dish washing machine and the self-contained exhaust system. Under these hoods will be installed the new griddle and the two new Rationale® Combi ovens.
There is more equipment yet to be installed, to be followed by a period of testing and training. Watch for that new menu in the Health Center Dining Room soon!
