Mayflower Community resident, Patty Johnson, thought it was pretty unusual to see a goose ambling around in her Harwich Terrace patio home front yard. That was before the recent spate of rain, so we couldn’t have looked like a welcoming marsh!
I have another theory. It is possible that it was the same goose who crashed the 14th Annual Kansas City half-marathon on April 13th, and the goose was looking for a place up north to cool off after the race.
