Grinnell College graduate and Mayflower Community CNA, Jamie Lee, recently played a violin performance for residents in Beebe Assisted Living and in the Health Center. In addition, Jamie discussed with residents the music she played, along with composer and instrument background.
A former member of the Grinnell Chamber Ensembles, Jamie has planned a few more performances at Mayflower before she returns to her Texas home later in December. Jamie is in the process of applying for medical schools with a long-range objective of practicing in Iowa.
